Opening up to Overseas France
For two years, the two Sea clusters have been implementing a policy of active cooperation with the territories of Overseas France.

This agreement mainly relates to the setting up of projects in the areas of marine biological resources, in particular blue biotechnologies and renewable marine energy sources.
