The General Assembly of the PACA Marine Cluster was held Friday, 2 July 2010 at the Maison des Technologies of Toulon, in cooperation with TVT Innovation. The Cluster assembly presented its results for 2009 and outlined its perspectives committed for 2010/2011. Presentations were made by Bernard Sans, President and Patrick Barona, Director. In addition, two interesting testimonies were given in support of the speech of Alain Carof from the DCNS SIS that presented the sector of excellence of “Maritime security and safety” and that of Hubert Thomas, of Acsa Underwater GPs, on the “Strategy of the development of SME at the heart of a cluster”. More than 80 participants, cluster members and invited personalities attended the two General Assemblies. The closing cocktail reception provided the ideal opportunity to pursue further debates, in particular concerning leading cluster projects presented by completely new kakemonos.
